Welcome to Penang Players



	Penang Players donates to two local charities:
	Penang Players last dinner show's (Feb 13 and 14, 2009) proceeds went to two local charities: Shan Children's home in Prai (a home that houses children from dysfunctional and broken families) and Light House Drop-in-centre, a centre located in Penang Road where the needy can go for a meal.

	On 13th and 14th February Penang Players staged three one-act plays; Blind Date, Calling it Quits and Inconvenient People. Below are some images from the plays:

	Penang Players were proud to support the fundraising efforts of Mount Miriam Hospital by taking active parts in the Midsummer Festival Concert and A Midsummer Night's Dream play excerpts performed at the Dewan Sri Pinang on 11th September '08.

	On 31st August '08 Penang Players conducted two workshops for children at Little Penang Street Market. Movement in Drama by Joelle St Arnoult & Rhyme-Time! by Lucille Dass Below are some photos showing the great time had by all!

	Penang Players proudly presented three one act plays under the title of 'A Matter of Husbands' on the evenings of 20th and 21st June to full houses at the Dorsett Hotel. Below are images of the three plays.
